You will also get one on one guidance to make the neighborhood adopt the Neighborhood Site as theirs. WE KNOW HOW TO GET THE NEIGHBORHOOD INVOLVED LIKE NO ONE ELSE DOES. You will also have access to our winning support site that gives you printable custom flyers, promotions, graphics, press releases, contests and ideas galore that will turn your advertising into one giant farming machine that will work for you, year after year.

$279 a month

Your monthly fee will keep you in front of all the residents, all the buyers and all the sellers in your whole community every day of the year, instead of just when they see your expensive ad or push a grocery cart with your name on it. It will have residents talking about you because you are seen as the neighborhood real estate expert! AND when they visit you in the online real estate office they will be greeted with a Live Video Spokesperson that will tell them all about you! You write the script, we bring in the actor and zap it will be there to tell all about why you are the Neighborhood Expert they should use. And you can have a new one each and every month. Use it to promote you or even one of your special listings. You will be saying -"Take that other REALTORS!"

We done some incredible things to help you that no other company does because we understand having been REALTORS for nearly 20 years. If a Title Company, Mortgage Broker, Home Inspector advertises in the real estate section with you, we will send you 95% of the ad dollars they pay each month. (You can have as many as 3 other advertisers) We do the hard work. We do an agreement with them, build their ad and collect it and send it back to you in the form of a commission. It can't get much better than that unless you are.........

Neighborhood Host

$799.00 Set Up Fee and $299.00 per month.

From an advertising earnings perspective the neighborhood site is all yours. Not only will you get all mentioned above but you will get any ad fees paid by ANY other advertiser on the site. Again, we do all the hard work! When a Restaurant, Painter, Mary Kay Person or whoever visits the site and signs up to get a premium Ad spot on the front page (where you and your other real estate related sponsors already are) we build the ad and collect the fee and return 85% back to you in the form of a commission. All you do is let those you are already doing business with know about the opportunity. And we even give you printable flyers and post cards when you request them. Ad it up…..15 ads on the front page at a rate of $40-$129.00 a month depending on the plan they choose. (They can get video spokespersons too. They just aren't free for them like they are for you.) Neighborhood Advertisers + Real Estate Related Advertisers = THE NEIGHBORHOOD PAYING FOR YOU TO BE SEEN AS THEIR REALTOR! Kind of a slap to the head isn't it?
